策划是创意吗？

我们知道，策划是人们大脑智慧资源的开发活动，所有策划都是由虚构的东西出发，去创造事实，实现目标。

那么策划是不是完全就是对这种大脑资源的描述呢？比如一个创意的描述，一个商业地产概念额描述？非也，策划应该是一个完整的从提炼概念到诠释概念，制定实施规划到执行实施规划的完整过程。

一个完整的企业策划全案，包括如下的内容：企业投资战略决策，市场环境分析，企业资源分析，行业历史与未来分析，行业本质分析，竞争态势分析，产品客户群定位，产品价格定位，产品销售策略定位，产品概念提炼，产品概念解释，整合营销传播策略，设计，生产，技术，营销，管理各环节的设计与部门组织的建立，都需要有具体的理论与实施规划。才不至于让一个空洞的概念挂在墙上，落实不到企业行为中去。

失败的案例有：史玉柱的脑黄金。

企业界和媒体界在分析九十年代珠海巨人失败原因时，曾经拿巨人和联想做对比，认为没有坚守电脑这个主业是史玉柱那次失败的主要原因。实际上，当时的历史背景下，影响的原因有很多。前巨人集团常务副总裁王建在97年离开巨人时，曾经对史玉柱有过这样的评价，说史玉柱有三大缺陷，其中一条是不会和银行打交道，不会“资本运营”。史玉柱作为一个技术出身而且有很强烈英雄情结的商业经营者，在其骨子里有一种传统的自力更生的意识，对资本市场往往表现出不屑和冷淡，因此直到珠海巨人衰落，如此庞大的集团公司历史上总共从银行借贷只有几百万元。

而柳传志出身中科院，其所处的环境和接受的信息资源，使得他在经营联想的过程中安排有专门的资本运作公司，资本市场的胜利和与摩托罗拉等公司强强联手，保证了联想的市场竞争实力。相反，史玉柱在另外一条路上越走越远，巨人追求规模效益和速度，名气很大，但政府的支持并没有真金白银的实际行动，仅仅是繁花似锦时的奖牌和称号。对于自身企业资本资源的不足没有足够的分析和使用规划，造成了当年从电脑行业转入“脑黄金”这个保健品行业，以及巨人大厦这个房地产行业的突然失败。当然，5年之后，史玉柱在资本市场上获得了支持，而且将脑黄金改换门庭为脑白金，一举成功。

成功的案例有：史玉柱的脑白金

中国文化真的是变化万千，高深莫测的，比如，成也萧何败也萧何。这句话套在史玉柱身上是恰当不过的。为啥这么说呢？当年史玉柱经营脑黄金，因为那个时代保健品在中国消费者市场毕竟还是新兴的行业，记得当年脑黄金的广告是遍地开花的轰炸消费者的眼球。史玉柱在1996年时将保健品行业的资金挤占到巨人大厦的开发上，造成集团资金链的吃紧，随即媒体对脑黄金的作用质疑被放大，脑黄金市场迅速萎缩，导致整个巨人集团轰然垮塌。

但是，保健品行业毕竟是一个迅速扩张膨大的市场，史玉柱看准了这块市场的前景，于1999年在上海注册上海健特生物有限公司，将脑黄金改为脑白金，实际上还是脑白金的“褪黑素”外加一瓶养胃的山楂口服液。这次提炼的脑白金概念是“礼品”，定位于中国传统的“孝道”文化。将孝敬与送礼结合在一起，这个是中国文化的核心价值取向了，礼尚往来从来都是国人的人生信条之一，孝道文化就更加是核心的核心了。这一次媒体不敢妄加评论了，还是一如既往的轰炸式广告，并且不用明星代言，就是一个简单的动画，日复一日，年复一年的播放，概念根植于社会大众的心中，谁不买脑白金送礼简直都不是人了。所以，成功并不是偶然，还是基于企业资源，市场环境与市场内在需求的概念策划与实施规划可行性，早就了今天的史玉柱的成功。

所以，我们说策划，不但要有很好的创意，更要有很好的落地执行，这才是策划的核心所在。

     I would not recommend you to visit large tourists streets like Oxford street. Not only because many old buildings arent there anymore. The point is, modern centre of London is a huge shopping mall,louis vuitton pas cher, and local people try to visit it as rarely as they can. Especially if to consider the fact that London does not have one definite centre: there are several of them in the city, each piled with everything one needs for high life: shops, restaurants, galleries and clubs. For years and years you can avoid a visit to the West End. By the way, one of the best English areas is Clerkenwell. This is the part of the city where one will feel the spirit of several centuries.    First thing that comes into my mind is the Marx Memorial Library on a quiet Clerkenwell Green square. One should note that this is the house of historic importance: it is from its balcony that Marx recited his speeches.    Nowadays Clerkenwell is the centre for artistic radicalism. Local lofts accommodate designers and artists. Cafes and restaurants are also found here. There are many other interesting places in Clerkenwell, like Farringdon metro station (opened in 1863). This seems to be one of the most beautiful stations in the whole city. This is the most famous English necropolis where William Blake and Daniel Defoe are buried. The place is charming, but empty.    South London. The Ivy restaurant is good, but you are also recommended to visit Simpsons-in-the-Strand. Traditional British food without vagaries. If you like all those old-fashioned things like pastoral baked pudding, you will like the restaurant as well. Some ten years ago food was unbearable in London, but now it could compete with Paris. Now, there is one more secret for you  Roast restaurant in the South London next to the Borough Market. This restaurant also offers British food. As for the market, it has been popular since the %I century and really deserves your attention. And let me also mention St. John restaurant.    Well, Tate museum is good, but if you like horror stories visit Hunterian Museum with John Hunters collection (he was a surgeon). The museum has nothing to do with the citys history, but it contains a unique collection of natures mistakes.    City gardens. Hyde park is the place for tourists, but local people like walking at Bloomsbury. Rarely do tourists pay attention to the city gardens right in the city centre. Those are green spots where grass is green and birds are singing. Those who work here come to the gardens with their lunchboxes. They appeared where ruined churches used to stand.     Everybody knows about Savile Road costumes at Mayfair  this is rather a commercialized place. But I would go to Bloomsbury where Connock & Lockie shop is found. Here one can order English costumes sewed according to the ole patterns.    As you see, like any other cities London is full of charming but hidden spots.
