猎头顾问应该如何跟候选人进行沟通了解

3、如果只有目标客户的联系方式，但没有候选人的直接联系方式，就得通过总机或其他的联系方式进入。
4、找到目标候选人面带微笑说：“您好，您是******先生/小姐？我是******的******，我们是一家人力资源顾问公司。请问您现在说话方便吗？”
5、对方如果不方便则另约时间，并确定电话号码，说：“没关系，那您什么时候方便，我到时候再联系您，这个电话可以直接找到您吗？”如果对方说话方便说明电话目的：“我们现在正在帮一家客户公司寻找xx职位，不知您现在有兴趣看一些其他的机会吗？”
6、如果对方没有兴趣，则可以询问：“没关系，那您现在哪家公司高就？您还是在从事******(职位)吗？为何没有兴趣呢？”对方阐述原因同时就把它记下来，并说：“好的，谢谢。我们也正在更新您的简历，我把这次的机会先发到您的邮箱作参考，上面都有我的联系方式。您方便的话请把您最新的简历发给我，以后如果有更合适的机会就可以方便推荐给您。跟您确认一下您的邮箱地址。另外是否可以帮我推荐一下您有没有朋友合适或者对这个机会感兴趣的人选？”最后感谢对方。电话结束后把上述情况了解后输入系统，以作备案。
7、如果对方有兴趣则逐步介绍这个职位情况，但先不要把客户公司名字透露给候选人，并说：“不好意思，根据客户的要求，现在还不方便透露他们具体的信息，请谅解。”然后根据系统里的要求逐步了解候选人的状况，特别是要了解候选人的职业兴趣点及变动动机。由于电话时间有限，了解的信息量又大，所以尽量获取主要的内容，其余信息可在面对面沟通时获取。同时也要灵活机动，如果候选人对某些信息不愿透露，应随遇而安，不可强求。
8、沟通完以后要感谢候选人，说：“浪费您这么多时间，非常感谢您的配合，我也得到了您非常有价值的信息，电话结束后我会把这个职位信息先发到您的邮箱，上面都有我的联系方式，您方便的话也请尽快把您最新的简历发给我。跟您确认一下您的邮箱地址。谢谢。”
9、尽可能以最少的电话次数解决最多的问题。
10、沟通完以后应在一个工作日内把该职位的介绍通过电子邮件发给候选人，尽量发到候选人的私人邮箱。
11、职位介绍发出后一个工作日内一定要打电话给候选人进行跟踪，对没有兴趣的候选人询问：“******，您好，我是******，******公司的，上次跟您沟通的非常好，不知您收到我的邮件吗？您有没有合适的人可以推荐。另外不好意思，方便的话请把您的简历发一份最新的给我，谢谢。”对有兴趣的候选人询问：“******，您好，我是******，******公司的，上次跟您沟通的非常好，您收到我的邮件吗？不知您如何看这个机会的？另外不好意思，方便的话请把您的简历发一份最新的给我，谢谢。”
12、及时在系统里输入或更新候选人的信息。
