    第四，家人的情人，自己的工作代价是需要牺牲与家人相处的时间以及或多或少影响到亲情的投入的。

　　第三，妥善处理好家族企业化管理与企业家族化管理差异的关系。职业经理人要深刻理解并高度尊重家族成员在公司创始发展过程中的艰辛付出，又要通过各种方法来稀释过多非专业的家族成员在公司担负的管理职责，同时，要让家族成员放心公司的江山只变革不变色，在公司内部倡导大家文化，弱化小家文化。

　　第四，则是妥善处理好任期目标与公司长期战略的关系。职业经理人上任后一定要给自己确定一个任期目标，要有“双规”意识，要在规定的时间里做好规定的工作职责。要深刻了解老板的长期战略意图，帮助其梳理出实施战略的阶段规划和任务，结合自己的专业能力做出自己应有的贡献。任期结束要检讨，要再与老板洽谈新的合作方案。
