如何建立信任的办公室文化

　　前几天看到一则EMBA的学习案例叫做“没有墙的资产管理公司”，有所感悟。说的是美国从事金融服务业的SEL公司如何将团队的工作效益发挥的淋漓尽致。令到业绩一直停滞不前的公司，在短短几年业绩翻了三番。SEL公司的办公室最大特点是没有墙，像一个巨大的蜂巢，天花板上挂满七彩缤纷的电缆，桌椅都装有滑轮。员工没有固定的座位，可以根据不同的项目，责任人在公司内部自由招聘，形成长期或临时小团队。公司气氛轻松，无拘无束，极大地发挥了员工的积极性。由此，也让我联想到曾经服务过的企业，包括自己所在的公司。部门和部门之间、上下级之间、员工和员工之间，那些有形的和无形的“墙”。
　　我在一家很大的日资公司，见到过将近四千平米没有墙的开放式办公室，全部是卡座，连总经理的办公室是玻璃透明的。有形的墙可以看见，也容易拆掉。但是办公室里那些看不见的无形的墙却很难拆掉。在培训调研中，有家公司的人力资源总监对我说，他们的公司存在严重的“部门墙”。这道无形的墙给本来就已艰难生存的企业更是雪上加霜。它带来的后果就是相互推诿、不负责任，彼此猜忌，难以配合，给企业无形中增加了许多看不见的成本。这种现象背后的根源就是相互信任的缺失，俗话说，人心隔肚皮，因为这墙是堵在人的心里面。
　　要想推倒这堵墙，我想可尝试以下方法。首先要提升公司信息的透明度，让员工心里有安全感，增加信任度；凡事拿到桌面上沟通，不在背后议论；建立师徒制，搞好传帮带，新老员工尽快融合。还可以多利用一些非正式的场合，如午餐时段，下午茶放松交流，融洽感情，建立信任。同时公司的高层不能“高高挂起”，要放下身段“走基层”，传递对下属的关怀和信任。
　　有句话说“心病还需心药医”，人与人之间不信任的“心病”，既是人的自我保护机制，也是我们这个时代的通病，因为整个社会诚信的缺失，让人的信任能力不断丧失。如何能重建信任，还需要下点猛药。我熟知的这剂猛药，就是能调整改变心智模式的企业团队体验式训练，过程中我会采用用一些NLP、实用心理学等有效方法，打通员工信任的“任、督二脉”，令团队成员打开心门，彼此信任，对公司的目标达成共识，靠团队的力量推到这堵不信任的隐形墙，从而形成信任的办公室文化，给企业带来效益，让员工感到归属。
